How it works

1. Buy

2. Receive key

Your key appears on purchase success and can also be emailed.

3. Activate in app

Open Settings -> Manage license and enter your key once.

Troubleshooting before contact

Re-open Download and enter your email again. Use the suggested correction prompt if shown, then retry checkout.

Press Ctrl+F5 to refresh the page cache, then re-download. Confirm the installer label shows the latest version.

Check for extra spaces or missing characters in the key. Paste directly from your purchase page/email and retry once.

Open app Settings -> Deactivate this device on the old machine first, then activate on your current machine.

Wait 1-2 minutes after a release, then run Check for updates again. Paid customers can use their purchase-success page to download the latest installer.
