Shadow Ban Tracker is a desktop + mobile service for tracking account status and license access.
We do not sell personal data.
Data we collect
- Account/tracker data: account entries and shadow ban records you add in the app.
- License/account data: email, license key status, and device/license identifiers needed for activation and validation.
- Technical data: app version, OS/device metadata, and request diagnostics used for reliability and abuse prevention.
- Website usage: basic analytics events (for example, page and button interactions) and standard web request logs.
- Support messages: details you send when contacting support.
How we use data
- Operate the app and customer portal.
- Issue, validate, and protect licenses.
- Provide updates, troubleshooting, and support.
- Improve stability, performance, and user experience.
Storage and sharing
- Desktop account/tracker records are stored locally on your device.
- Mobile session/auth preferences are stored securely on-device where supported.
- License and related account metadata are processed by our backend services.
- Payment checkout is handled by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card/payment credentials.
Your controls
- You can delete local app data by uninstalling/clearing app storage.
- You can contact support to request account/license data updates where applicable.
